Allison Gonzalez

One of the earliest memories Allison can recall stems back to age four, slung across her mother’s hip, learning how to cook a pot of beans and getting her first official kitchen burn. Growing up alongside a long line of abuelas, aunties, cousins, and her mother, cooking as language of love had been ingrained into Allison at a very young age. A true student at heart, Allison has a diversified background in culinary exploration with a focus on food as medicine used to promote longevity and balance for each individual. Allison has studied and holds near and dear, sustainable and regenerative agriculture, ancestral plant medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, education and community building. She has been cooking and farming professionally on the island of Oahu for the last 6 years.
