ayurveda 101

A condensed version of my 3 day workshop, this 2 hour course will cover the basics of individual Ayurvedic Constitutions, signs of imbalances in the body and an ideal Dinacharya or daily routine with personalized foods to maintain your optimal health. The course will follow an hour long light movement, breath, and meditation practice and will be followed by a lunch of kitchari- a staple dish in Ayurveda to promote healthy digestion.
